My lovely J.O.B

I am dispatcher for a Taxi Cab/ Burlington Northern Santa Fe drivers. I also do payroll and invoice for the company . My pay is not that great but the way things are now and my background I should be grateful for a job. I also take care of my mother ( who had a stroke this past Feb ) and get no help from my sibling. I am bi-polar and am not on no medication ( no insurance ). So i am a walking time bomb. I have very few friends that i talk with and no social life. My job is really stressing me out because I hate to say it I work with a lot of idiots. To start off there is 3 brothers and 2 sister who work with me. Out of the five of them two is normal to speak. My manager he is the only one that is on the right page and so is his sister. Now we have The Sibling: one who whines and complains, one who thinks he knows it all and works when he wants to , and the last one( who eats too many hamburgers lol) doesn't know how to relay message or write things down to tell the next dispatcher for ex ; who is driving , what happen to the paper work for payroll. Then I have my drivers oh they are something. Let see we have Mike good driver , sorta of recoving addict ( quit smoking crack just smoke weed). Mike is picky with his calls that is dispatch to him. He won't pick up on the southeast of town because there is low income housing over there, drug house and etc. Then we have Andy short little dago guy thinks everyone is stupid or idiots. He feels sorry for the work release girls out here. So he only charges them $10.00 for cab rides and the cab rides run higher than that. He is another one who picks and choose his calls he get. Always have a comment to make about the customers. Oh don't let me forget about Dave." The man with all the ideas on how George should run the company ". Dave could be a good driver if he keeps his mouth shut for my second. He will drive you crazy or put you in the hospital. Now my last driver Gary. Gary is something been told he is a excellent dispatcher and a good driver. That might true about his dispatching and driving. But Gary has a problem when it is time to turn in the money he owes on his lease. I say maybe two times out of five he might make his lease money. The reason Gary is short is because he has too many personal calls and those personal calls could either make you or brake you. And in Gary case its breaking him. His customer will run him from here and there then short change there fare. I told him he should just put on the Cab " free rides ". His other problem he has a drug problem too. So when a customer offer you drugs instead of cash that really hurts you when you are a addict.
